1. How to fill in your member ID and password?

The name of your member ID: Chinese is not acceptable. Please enter between 4 and 20 characters, English letters (uppercase or lowercase, case sensitive), numbers or a combination of letters and numbers are allowed. No space, please. Join now.
Please note:
1. We advise you to choose a name related to your company or a name which is easy to remember for you.
2. Do not share your important personal information, such as your credit card account or your password with anyone in your member ID.
Password Tips:
The password is not allowed to be the same with the member ID.
For your password security purpose, do not use consecutive or repeated numbers and letters. Please enter between 6 and 20 characters, like English letters (case sensitive), numbers or a combination of letters and numbers.

2. What should I do if I forgot my password?

We advise you to check your member ID and password to make sure if they are right. Please note that do not enter extra space, uppercase and lowercase. If the way above still can not work, please retrieve your password through the following ways:
1. Find your password from the registered email address.
If you use this way, the page will ask you to type the registered email address. When you type it correctly, the system will send an email that reminds you to reset your password to your email address. Please reset your password within 12 hours.
Click “Forgot your password?”link in the page http://www.chinafurnitureb2b.com/member/forgotpwd.asp, enter your registered member ID and email address and submit. The member ID and password will be automatically sent to your registered email address.
2. Retrieve your password through contact customer service staffs
If you have not received the email which reminds you to reset your password, or you still can not retrieve your password, we advise you to fax the copy of your company’s license of business with your company stamp and the following information to our company.
2.1. Your registered member ID or your company name, email address, contact information or contact person.
2.2. Give clear indication of “Change Password” and fax it to +86-20-34527393. We will give your problem to relevant department to initialize a password to you and we will contact you within one working day. Thanks.

3. Why can’t I sign in after registration?

After you fill in all required information and submit it, the system will automatically send your member ID and password to your registered email address for your confirmation. To insure authenticity of companies’ information, you can not become our member and post any products leads until you get our approval.

4. How to modify company’s profile and contact information?

Please take the following steps:
1. Sign in enterprise background management system.

2.Click “Account Information” on the left
3. To edit a company’s profile, please click“Edit Company Profile” label, and enter the page of company profile editing. Please click “Save” when done.
4.To edit contact information, please click “Edit Member Profile” label, and enter the page of contact information editing. Please click “Save” when done.
Note:
A. If you change your email address, please go to your new email address to receive the confirmation email.
B. To improve your company’s authenticity and attract more companies to view your company and products, please fill in complete and accurate company profile and contact information.

5. How to upload company’s LOGO? What is the specification of the LOGO?

1. Sign in enterprise background management system.

2. Click“Account Information”on the left.
3. If you want to upload your LOGO, please click “Upload Company's Logo”label. Only GIF and JPG format of the LOGO are acceptable. In addition, the size of the LOGO should be less than 100kb.

6. How to post selling leads, buying leads and products?

1. Post selling leads
Sign in enterprise background management system.
http://www.chinafurnitureb2b.com/member/sign.asp, click“Seller Tools” on the left. To edit selling leads you posted, please click “Post a New Selling Lead”label, to enter the page of editing. The information with * is required to fill in. Click “Post Now” to submit when done.
2. Post buying leads
click“buyer Tools” on the left. To edit buying leads you posted, please click “Post a New buying Lead”label to enter the page of editing. Click “Post Now” to submit when done.
3. Post products information
Click “products” on the left. To edit products information, please click“Post a New Products”to enter the page of editing. Click “Post Now” to submit when done.

7. Why can’t I upload the picture of products when I post products?

The most likely cause is: The format of the picture should be GIF, JGP or JPEG and the size of the picture should be less than 1M. If the picture you uploaded is not displayed, you can click “Select images from gallery” and find the picture you uploaded. Then click “choose”.

8. How to be a gold member? What is the price per year?

There are following steps from registration, application to open your membership account.
Users fill in the registered table on line →confirm the information→users pay the charges of registration→the money is transferred into account→qualification and credit authentication (2 to 5 working days are needed) → we pass the authentication→open a gold member ID and you will be notified by email and our staff.
The membership charge is ¥10,000 per year.

9. Why is the state of new trade leads you posted a red “X”?

The red “X” indicates that new trade leads you posted have not been checked and you need to wait for our approval. After you submit your trade leads, our staff will check your information within 2 hours. After you get our approval, your trade leads will be displayed on our website, then the state of trade leads you posted is a blue “√”(our checking time is from 9:00 to 17:00 every working day). Note: we will delay the checking time during information fastigium, but the checking time will not be more than one working day. Please forgive us for any inconvenience.

10. Why do trade leads and products can not pass checking?

If business information you posted can not be passed, it most likely that your information does not meet our requirement. For instance, you post information repeatedly, the content of information is too simple, the contact details have not been concealed, etc. The information you post should be meet the following requirements:
1 .Do not post same information repeatedly.
2. Do not display your company’s contact details when you post trade leads, products or company profile.
3. The information which is required to fill in should not be finished too simply.
4. Please fill in the information as per the required written form.
5. The information you post do not break the laws and regulations in our country.

11. How to use function of message quotation?

1. In order to make you receive replies in good time, your email address during registration need to be audited.
2. For buying leads, free member have not right to use the function of message quotation. But gold members do.
3. For company profile, selling leads and products, there is no user access limitation.
We take the following message quotation for selling leads as an example, here is the way:
1) Find a piece of information you are interested in, click “Contact Now”in the detailed page.
2) Fill in your message content and contact information, click “Send” when done.

12. How do I send inquires to multiple products at the same time?

If you would like to send inquires to multiple products at the same time, you can select all the items, click “Compare Item” to delete the items you do not wish to inquire about, then click“Contact Now”to send your inquires.

13. How to view inquires the buyer sent to me?

2. Click“My Inquiries”on the left to view inquires the buyer sent. Please click “[Read]”under the “Inbox” to view.

14. How to use search funciton to find the information you want?

You can quickly find the information you want by using the search function in the top navigation bar of the page. There are “Suppliers”、“Buyers”、“Products”、“Companies”shortcut functions. If you want to find sellers, please click“Suppliers” and type the products you wish to start searching. You will get a list of matching suppliers who offer products you want (gold members get priority listing). Using the same way, you can use search function of“Buyers”、“Products”、“Companies”.

15. What is the Quick Match between Buying and Selling? What is the function?

Quick Match between Buying and Selling means that we recommend your buying leads to suitable suppliers as soon as possible to let the suppliers contact you on their own initiatively. Meanwhile we recommend suitable suppliers to you. Our staffs will notify you by telephone about the suitable buying leads, besides automatic email notification.
As a buyer, Quick Match between Buying and Selling can help you receive more feedback from suppliers in the shortest time, improve your efficiency and save your time.
